A mass point M1 runs, without friction along an horizontal axis parallel to the x one, drawn towards the point Q on its axis, by a spring of elastic constant K. On the other side, A is connected to a thread of negligible weight which, after being passed into the throat of a pulley, located in C at a distance d from the origin and rotating around its axis in C, is supporting a mass point M2 at the end B (counterweight). Study the motion of the system. Suppose further that the wire does not creeping on the pulley.
I would be grateful to anyone who would point me to imperfections or mistakes.
I thank you all.
