I've been using the TurboNote+ program from http://TurboNote.com/TBNPLUSINTRO and thought you might find it handy too. It is small and simple, and provides "onscreen sticky notes" to help keep track of snippets of important information. I find it far better than relying on lots of little bits of paper!
